Celebrate Maths Week Scotland with Sumdog
Maths Week Scotland aims to celebrate and promote the importance of maths in schools across Scotland.
Taking place 22nd-28th September 2025, this year's theme is Wild Maths, exploring how maths is can be found within plants, wildlife, outdoor learning, space and much more.
To celebrate Maths Week Scotland this year, we've got lots of exciting things planned such as our NEW Monday to Friday National online maths contest, a special Sumdog maths trail activity, and a giveaway for Scottish teachers.

Join our Maths Week Scotland online maths contest!
Join us for our first ever Monday-Friday online Sumdog maths contest to celebrate Maths Week Scotland 2025.
Taking place from 22nd-26th September, we are launching our brand-new contest format across five days with 500 questions to answer.
The winning class will receive a trophy, Sumdog goodies and a visit or assembly video from Sumdog himself (based on location). There will also be runer-up prizes for the classes who place 2nd and 3rd too!
