At Sumdog, our mission is to develop a resource that genuinely benefits you and your students. Collaborating with educators and learners worldwide, we strive to grasp the challenges you face and design solutions tailored to address those issues. However, your input is crucial to our success!
Each project is different, but here's an example of some of the kinds of research we may need your help with:
Participate in a conversation with a Sumdog Product team member, which can happen through a video chat or face-to-face, and expect it to take about 30 minutes.
Engage with early versions of our products
Fill out brief questionnaires.
Experience new features with your class before anyone else.
Join our Sumdog User Research Panel* and share feedback to help improve Sumdog for teachers and students around the world.
Each research study is different. When we invite you to take part, we'll tell you all the details, so you can decide if you'd like to participate.
*To join the panel you must be over 21 years of age.
We're not just looking for teachers who love Sumdog or even use Sumdog frequently. Any teacher can sign up, and once we find a study you can help with, we'll reach out.
The time commitment can vary from a 5 minute survey to a 30 minute discussion but we’ll always let you know the time commitment when reaching out via email.
This will vary depending on the projects we have coming up, but we will only reach out when there is a study we think you may be interested in. Typically you’ll hear from us a few times a year, up to once a month.
You don't have to take part if you're contacted about a study. There are no obligations and it’s entirely up to you if you choose to sign up.
No; thanks to online calls, you can participate from anywhere.
The information you provide will only be used to match you with suitable studies and won’t be shared or sold to external parties. See our privacy policy for more detail.
We'll be sad to see you go, but yes, you can leave any time. To leave the group, please contact chris.newth-west@sumdog.com and request to be removed from our list.
