Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the UK only.

We aim to dispatch goods within the estimated timeframe shown based on your choice of service.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Our policy is designed to be fair and easy:

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund or replacement, including postage.
  • Change of Mind: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods (the “cooling-off period”). You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of informing us. You will be responsible for return postage fees. Once we receive the goods, we’ll refund your payment (including basic delivery cost).
  • How to Arrange a Return: Please email us at sales@sumdog.com with your name, order number, description of issue, and whether you’d like a refund or replacement. We will provide details for returning your item. You will have to pay the cost of return and your refund may be reduced or rejected if the product has been used and its condition is no longer new e.g. if packaging has been opened, sticker sheets torn.

Note: Certain goods (e.g., customised items or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return, unless faulty. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Liability

  • We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
  • Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the goods purchased.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Termination of contract

We can end our contract with you for a product if you do not make payment to us when it is due or if you don’t within a reasonable timeframe allow us to deliver the product to you.

We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract unless the loss is:

(a) Unforeseeable in that it was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it, so the loss was unforeseeable.

(b) Caused by a delaying event outside our control. We're not responsible for delays outside our control.

(c) Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action.

(d) A business loss. It relates to your use of a product for trade or business purposes.

Adding Products to an Existing Sumdog School Subscription

If you wish to purchase products and have an existing Sumdog subscription these products can be invoiced as part of that subscription:

  • Contact Required: You must contact your Sumdog Customer Success Account Manager directly, or email sales@sumdog.com with your request.

  • Eligibility: This option is available only to schools or institutions with an active Sumdog subscription and subject to approval.

  • Invoicing: Approved items will be added to your existing subscription invoice or invoiced separately, depending on your billing arrangement.

  • Order Confirmation: Your order will only be confirmed once it has been processed and acknowledged by your account manager or the Sales team.

  • Terms Apply: All standard delivery, returns, and product terms still apply to items added via this method.
